West Africa Mining Security Conference (WAMS)
The WAMS Conference will be held in Accra from 1-2 October 2024 hosted by Australian High Commission, Accra in conjunction with MS Risk and Australia-Africa Minerals & Energy Group (AAMEG). The conference brings together academics, security practitioners, subject matter experts, and the mining industry to discuss regional security trends and operational challenges. It provides mining and exploration managers and security professionals with current information on developments to inform security and investment decisions in West Africa. Speakers will include experienced political and security analysts and security managers in the region.
