Fahiraman Rodrigue Koné is Ph.D. Candidate at Alassane Ouattara University (Côte d’Ivoire). His doctoral research focus on the Ivorian government strategy of public-private partnership in developing Electricity public policy. He’s also since 2013 an associate researcher to African Security Sector Network (ASSN), a think-tank working on security issues in Africa. From 2005 to 2012, he coordinated the Peace Education and Research Programs of the “Centre for research and Peace actions (CERAP)” in Côte d’Ivoire. From October 2012 to September 2014 he worked as a Program Officer for the post-crisis Transitional Justice program of Freedom House (US human right NGO) in Côte d’Ivoire.
